Oil filled motor housing for lifetime lubrication and rapid heat dissipation. Stainless steel screws, bolts, and handle. Mechanical shaft seal (stainless steel spring, nitrile parts, carbon and ceramic faces). Automatic operation with piggyback remote float switch operates pump at a 9" to 10-1/2" water level.
